Any idea what other shocks fit F3? I already have shock from F4 on it but looking on opinions if a shock from newer CBR or FireBlade might fit?
Also if someone has an aftermarket shock for racing give me a shout.

hey russki if you would have looked 3 threads down from this one youd see that i just asked about the same thing. f4i struts are 43mm and f3 are 41mm. so they'd probably fit with a little modification.

 

I have a Marzocci laying around.

 

The f4i shocks will fit, but I seem to recall they raise the ride height about an inch.

edit: I understand that this is actually a pretty common mod among F3 racers.

 

Nope.

Easier to put an F4/F4i complete front on it,rather than modifying the triple clamps.Much safer too.
