98 F3 fork adjust? Brake's to the left?

Excellent suggestion to go with tapered roller bearings. What, about thirty bucks?

just realized my link didnt work. but yes about 30 bucks online. Mine were "all *****" bearings, but i got them from a local shop. i think i paid like 22 bucks for the full conversions kit including new seals..
