My brake pedal is way too high. I have to take my foot completely off the peg in order to hit the brake. Can anyone explain to me how to adjust it down. Thanks!

 

pedals up too high? Right where it goes into the compression piston, there is an adjuster i think, like a bolt with a nut on it...

 

Yeah its up too high. I have big feet though so my toes go down pretty far when on the pegs.

 

uses the ***** of your feet on the pegs. Dont hook the heels of your boots on the pegs unless just cruising. You will have alot better feedback n control that way too.

You can adjust it, no wukkin furries mate! Just a matter of turning this nut. Sorry, can't recall the direction for up or down, but its all pretty straight forward, sometimes the nut is obscured by the rubber boot that sits above it. You can see it easily enough, if you look at the foot peg, then at the aluminium backing plate, there is a rectangular cut out in it, that lets you adjust the height without having to remove anything. You will also need to adjust the rear brake light switch to.
