Took it for a ride, anything above 5k rpm’s is smooth and acceleration is great. Below that and I’m pretty sure I’m too rich. Sprayed all around the boots and any hoses and rpm didn’t rise at all so I don’t believe I have a vacuum leak, just going to wait for the carb sync tool and adjust the pilots and I’m praying should be good after that!

Not too sure about the fuel pump though, I guess we’ll see how it does after everything else is done. The contacts were shiny and not burned up like how your guide picture showed before you swapped the relay.

Sorry just saw your video and looks like it’s supposed to go that fast 😅 don’t mind me, I just noticed it pumped slower when I first got the bike running.

This is how it is now. Went 2 turns out on each and it doesn’t sound as broken up as it was and full open seems better, still waiting on carb sync tool.

One of the visual indicators of a vacuum leak is the tach needle will be very erratic. Yours did not do that. Going by that and what you said about spraying around your carb boots, I don't think you have to worry about that.

Awesome, thanks for that! Was losing it alittle thinking I was missing something 😅

1 and 4 on the outside. 2 and 3 actually didn’t look bad at all. This is after spending about 15 mins to do the sync, cleaned and put back.
1st picture is before the sync, really not that bad! But man idk why it sounds so broken up, gonna go for a ride now after the battery’s done charging and see if the sync and cleaning plugs helped.

Did you sync the device to a single cylinder before performing the full sync across all the cylinders?

I actually tested each once on each number on the sync tool and they were all dead nuts on. Even though it was pricey I’m happy with the Morgan carb tune pro!

Yes, they're nicely made. I've had mine for over 10 years.

Oh wow, that’s pretty good!

Just got back, did a lot of pulls through the ranges, keeping that factory pro jet guide in the back of my head. I’m super happy with anything over 4/5k, pulls perfect, no bogging, breaking up, anything. It’s still the low range 1/2 to WOT that it does not pick up until it hits alittle over 5k. Otherwise I’m pretty happy with it! Throttle blip when engine is warm goes alittle below idle and then back to idle which the guide says it would be rich in the idle circuit. This ride was 2-1/2 turns out. I’m not too sure what brand the jet kit is but theirs a star by the numbers so I’m not too sure what the baseline for the pilot screw is >.<

Another short ride today, now I’m losing the tachometer and it just stays at 0 and it wants to stall after blipping the throttle. Anybody want a F3? 😂

at the battery, vdc won’t go over 13 and that’s at 5k rpm’s, r/r just replaced when I get the bike with a new Ricks brand. The bike, with the new r/r was producing up to 15volts when revved to 5k. Literally as I’m typing this the new ricks r/r is showing 0 ohms between the top 3 terminals, ugh that’s what I get for not getting oem.
