I know this sounds stupid, but check to see if the battery is being charged. I once put in a 100w headlight and the next day it ran like crap, wouldn't idle yadda yadda. I checked and found the yellow wire on the R/R had burned up and the battery wasn't being charged. Put the old bulb in and fixed the wire and it ran like a million bucks! This might not be the case but wouldn't hurt to check. Also, it hasn't had ethanol run through it has it. When I first got my bike we had to go through the carbs twice because the needles and seats were all dried up from that crap and when the bike was shut off it was flooding the cylinders and screwing the plugs. Thats my 2 cents!

If turning up the idle doesn't fix it then I would say the Seafoam broke loose a chunk of something that ended up in one or more pilot jets.
Thanks. I'm going to drain this take out and put some fresh gas in it. If that fails, then I'm taking it apart!
