Stupid question
Ok, so I am still having issues with the choke. To switch the choke to off, do you push it towards you until you feel the resistance, or do you force it all the way towards you, where the thicker part of the white line is???
When starting the bike cold, pull the lever toward the back of the bike. This lets more gas into the carbs to help it start easier. On my bike, I have to pull it harder the last 1/4 inch or so to open it all the way. The resistance is pretty strong, so don't be scared to pull. I doubt you'll break it unless you're Superman. After the RPM's start to go up after the bike is running, slowly close the choke (push the lever back to the front of the bike).
