No power??
Iam not getting any power to it maybe you could help me out on this one... When i got the bike the battery was dead in it so when i got home i threw it on the charger to charge it a little bit and i turned it over with the charger still on ran perfect.. idled great sounded awsome but obviosly with the dead battery the the bike wouldnt stay running for me to ride it so i have to get a new battery. I went out and got a new battery charged it and for some reason i had no power to the bike what so ever. So i tried throwing it on the charger like i did the night before to see if that would work... still no power to it. so i tried putting the old battery and i did the exact same thing i did the night before... still no power. I checked the fuses under the front faring but they were good. What else could it be... And no on rode it, hell it didnt even move from that spot but just for some reason i have no power to it. do you have any idea?
if the battery was just dead then the bike would have re-charged it...
sounds like a voltage regulator to me. with the battery on it and no charger do you have lights but it wont start?? if so then its the reg...

i am having the same problem as we speak. mine was pretty obvious though when my regulator/rectifier melted and a pool of molten plastic came out of it. If you don't have any lights its because your regulator is fried. take a multimeter out with you and check the voltage across the battery while it is running. if it is charging it should read between 13-15 volts if it is lower then it is not charging. if it is higher, then your regulator portion of your regulator/rectifier has burnt out and would cause things like light bulbs to burn out because of the surplus voltage 15volts or more. (all info i learned by searching for regulator rectifier on this site) I ordered a new one and it should be here tomorrow, i will let you know if that fixes it. there is always the slim chance that the stator is screwed up also. anyone else have any input or has had this problem i would also appreciate the input.
Just finished putting on the new regulator/rectifier, Works like a charm. i would be willing to bet that that is your problem too. Lucky i caught it in time before i fried all of my lights, my computer, and my battery! Thanks bindelsf2.

What about the 30A fuse.... When that one is gone, then there is no power what so ever..... It sits behind the batteribox....
