New wheels arrived, good and bad news.
The wheels will need spraying as they have been chipped and marked, however the brake discs are new and the tyre is in really good condition.

The bearings and seals have arrived for the front so the next jobs are forks and wheels. I plan on just painting the bottom of the forks as they have had new seals fitted and I intend upgrading them in the winter.

I have also removed the rear pegs and ordered a new exhaust hanger, quite a bit of metal removed those brackets seem excessively big.

Exhaust will need replacing, could do with some ideas about the replacement such as cost and suppliers. Unless a member has a spare used one.

will post some pics when I get home as working away for a week.
hi question where did you order the paint and what paint? Just picked up a 92 f2 project myself. Thanks

Quick update.

decided to not paint the forks as they cleaned up pretty well and they will be upgraded quite soon.
Fitted new bearing to the yolks and refitted the clip-ons.

The wheels are currently in primer but I'm going on holiday.

I will take plenty of pics when I get back.

I have also solved the problem with using a f4 rear shock. I was going to mount it on the left of the bike as the shorter hose fouled the coolant bottle. But have decided to just get a longer hose fitted and use the normal mounting point.
