Default just need to vent

ok im redoing my my F2 in the winter i whant it to be perfect i spent the last month and a hafe doing each fairing sanding it down filler primer sanding primer sealer every thing till it was emaclent..... than its tome i get to paint it iv dun it before so im not worry'ed. i mix the paint and get to it..... somethings not right it dosint feel right..... THE FUKING PAINT DOSITN LOOK RIGHT.... whell i did the right amount of paint and i did the fight amount of hardner but holed on i didnt put enof thiner i put 1/2 uit shud have been..........now all the time i have put in to it i have to start over i didnt do all the fairings with the bad paint but even doing one is to much.... and the bad paint is hard and tacky so it is very hard to get off.... mmmmm ok i feel alittle bit better andi need to get back to work on it ill post pic's whan dun

Yo dude, it's alright, just slow down and take your time. I know it's hard when you want to see it done already. But just use thin coats and wet sand in between, and give it plenty of time to dry before the next coat.

Start on another piece and let the first fairing with the bad paint dry completely (maybe even a couple of days), it will be easier to remove dry than tacky.

If you need help, let me know.

Hint: Don't paint while you're pissed at it.

i know the feeling man. i was fed up with painting by the end of my repaint job, mostly because it was my first time and i really didnt know what i was doing! im sure it will be worth it in the end and i know i have a bigger sense of pride about my bike since i did it myself. good luck man!
