f2 an f3 frames are the same,so yes, forks and triples and all that attached to the frame of an f3 will fit onto your f2 frame.

I would however take the bike to a shop first to see for sure what the problem is, they can tell you really quick if your forks are bent.

Is the piston seized on the opposite side from where the rotor is rubbing?

No... I'm almost positive its the forks because On the right side of my bike the rotor is too far from the forks, So I used washers to see if it would center the caliper, Which it did. Now on the left side of my bike the rotor is too close to the fork. Causing the outside of the caliper bracket to be eaten up. I'm going to take good pictures of it today so you guys have a visual of what I'm talking about.

Is there an "axle" that runs through my rim? Could that possibly have been bent? The only reason I wonder about the forks is because it doesn't ride funky or it doesn't steer in any direction but straight....

Yes, there is an axle. look on the left side of of the tire (lef side if you were on the bike) its the hollow tube with the holes on opposite sides. that is your axle.

What are the chances of that being bent? Or the rim just being pushed from the force and now its not centered??

Sorry I'm taking so long for the pictures. Ive been pretty busy but Ill get them posted tonight so that I can get everyone's opinion...
