What type of front brakes are being used out there? I'm using EBC H H and they are noise makers even after putting a lot of work into the rotors, so I'm looking for something else.

Factory Honda OEM pads. Excellent quality.

yea, i have all new brakes all the way around as of 2 months ago.. and they alot of noise too.. at first i thought it was bearings, but i replaced all those too..
