Do you know if the 2006 F4i front pads are the same that 2000/2004 ?

yup same thing, the F4i's havent changed much over the years. only thing different is the tail i believe. Double check with your local shop.

 

I would suspect not. Typically the brakes are upgraded every two or three model years (but then so is most of the rest of the bike). For instance a 2000 might only be a four piston caliper where the 2006 may now be a six piston caliper so the pads may be larger to some degree.
