How do you lift the front end ?

it should have come with spool and universal adapters... what kind of stands are they?

This is what happens when you buy cheap stands. You are better off spending a little more money and buying name brand stands. Contact the seller and see if they sell paddles for the rear stand to lift under the swingarm. I dont think your bike has the mounts for spools on the swingarm. I don't trust lifting the front end under the forks either. I paid $168 for my T-Rex stands and the front can be used as a triple tree lift or you can convert it to the type of stand you have and lift under the forks. When I changed bikes recently all I had to purchase was a new adapter for my for my triple tree stand.
