Hello and welcome. I also have a 1994 cbr 600 f2 and love it. Ok first off the spark plug should be touching the case to be grounded to make a spark. It will not spark in your hand. also is there anything else going on out of the ordinary with the bike or is it just cranking over and over. did u turn your fuel selector off by chance. Is there fuel in it. in most cases its a carb issue ive had numerous carb issues with my friends 1992 cbr f2 i have fixed several times this summer. Did u check your wires at all as well. Always start with the simple basics then go from there. Update me and ill help guide u
