Default Harness swap-Issue

Hey guys, I recently bought an entire harness for my 92 F2. I think this is from a different year but it should work since it looks almost identical.
The one issue I have is this connector.

It sucks that the connector is burned up but I can reuse the connector from my old harness.
Issue:
On my old harness, the three yellow wires from this connector run directly to the starter.
On this "new" harness, the three yellow wires end up in a female connector and I do not have the male connector.
Is there any chance I am lucky and it does not matter what wires go to the starter? I was just going to cut the female connector off and solder and heatshrink the wires.
Thanks for the help

I think you mean stator... But yes, thats a plug for the R/R. The order of the yellow wires don't matter. Do a good job on the soldering - obviously a bit of resistance creates a lot of heat!

Just wanted to say that my plug looked almost exactly like that. Wasn't easy or cheap to find a new one either.

My stock one is just slightly damaged but it looks better than this connector. I will try to use it.

I'd ask for a partial refund if they stated it was in good condition.

At this time I don't even want to bother with it. I asked if its cut or damaged, he said no. When I showed him the damage he said it came off of a running bike. Oh well, I'll figure something out. I saw brand new connectors on ebay(made in china) for $5.xx, I might order one just to have as a good spare.
