Default vfr800 wheel swap on f3 issue

Hi guys, new to the forum and motorcycles. Not sure if there is already a post on this subject. Im picked up a 98 cbr f3 a couple months ago. The front wheel was demolished and the forks were bent. I purchased a wheel for a vfr800 and forks for an f3/f2. I installed the forks, but realized the rotors were not compatible. So, I bought the rotors and installed the wheel only to notice that the caliper bolt holes do not line up with the forks. Is it possible that I purchased forks for an f2? Is it possible to do a fork swap that would upgrade the front end? Any advice on this is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

After looking at your photos, it does look like I have f2 forks on my f3. I guess they are too close in to tell from an ebay ad. So, what are my options at this point? I have already spent close to my budget just buying brand new rotors for the vfr800 wheel I have.
