Default 94 600 F2 will not accelerate after new head gasket

Hello all, well to start off my bike is a 94 cbr 600 f2 and ran before putting in the new head gasket. I had rad fluid leaking into the exhaust so I changed the gasket. Bike ran before and now after i can get her to idle with choke but can not rev up. I have checked the timing and cam shaft position and they are fine. Any input would be awesome on what anyone thinks could be my problem.

what happens when you rev up and why did you remove the head ?.

This could be carbs so take them off to strip and clean.
check you cam chain tensioner but if this is faulty or incorrectly set the bike should either rattle or not turn over.
did you check the valve clearances when you had the valve cover off ?
did you have the head leveled when you removed ?

I would do a compression test to start, remove the spark plugs and turn the bike over with the kill switch in the off position to get a compression reading of each cylinder.

I am a complete amateur so wait for the other more experienced guys to give their thoughts as well.

welcome BTW

ok, i decided to do a full vacuum check and found that the cylinder #1 vacuum hose was not connected to the petcock, after connecting it she took a bit to fire up but now there is no problem. was my own fault for not seeing that hose disconnected. but thanks for the reply tho
