Thanks guy, I'll have to give these a try this weekend. Hopefully riding the bike won't cause any issues cause I am using it as my daily driver right now while the weather is warm.

I looked long and hard to figure out what was going on with mine when I had the same problem. This is what I found to be the case for mine, thought I'd update this posting with some more info for the next guy that comes along.

These bikes use a vacuum controlled petcock, basically whenever the engine is off the shuts off the valve. The part that goes bad is called the petcock "cover set". This is the vacuum part of the valve, when the diaphragm tears it will leak fuel from a little nipple on the bottom of the cover set. A new petcock is in the neighborhood of about $180, but the cover set is only about $30. If you do a Google search for this part number 16953MV9000 you'll find the cover set.

Hope this helps!

Cal-

It's your float bowl gaskets, I've got the same issue... Unfortunately Honda doesn't sell them seperately so you have to try bikebandit or buy a whole gasket kit set for about $20 PER carb!

check the underside of your tank for pinholes. My tank was rubbing on the airbox and made a bunch of holes and started to leak fuel that would run downand drip offpetcock, carbs, and everything else.
