Default fuel mileage decrease

Thinking I had a problem with my petcock and subsequently cleaning it out, it appears my fuel consumption is down. Used to get 140-155 miles before hitting reserve, but now down to 120 (fairly revvy town use mixed with 80mph motorway type stuff). How many miles you getting?

I cleaned/reoiled my K&N 3000 miles back, and have squirted cleaner through the jets (the bike needs it's annual oil change and the plugs are getting on a bit - I'm lazy and only fix things when they break), but the relatively sudden fall-off in mpg has got me stumped. I'm wondering if the main jets might be worn too (50,000 miles and rising). If so, would I need to replace needles at the same time (or take the slacker's option and hunt down some low-mileage carbs)?
