So, here she is all ready for Clothing! lol..... just awaiting the fairings, still being made. So

I have had the petrol tank sprayed.
New rear EBC disc and pads.
New Front Koyoto Disc and Pads.
New DID Heavy duty O-ring Chain.
New JT front sprocket.
New JT Rear sprocket.
turning and starter switches painted white.
Rear hugger Cut, painted and redesigned.
some Transfers/Decals.

Pumping the front brakes became problematic, not been able to test new seals (pain in the ****) but got there in the end!
Chain riveting, Christ what a job with the wrong tool! but again got there in the end.

Question.... can anyone tell me if there suppose to be a little play in the front sprocket? or is it suppose to be dead tight fit?

Looking good!

A few thousandths of play side to side (in and out on the shaft) on the front sprocket is fine.

Well, I been busy, so this is it so far. Not put together as a finish yet. need to fill and spray it next! here are some pics.
I need to find some decent mirrors, Double bubble screen.
I have replaced the Brake calipers with the 98 model, in better condition and bigger.
Bought myself a road legal Beowulf exhaust and now the bike breathes fire at high revs...... nice!!
Unfortunately my mud guard that came with the kit is slightly smaller than my model so I have put my original one back on.
Still a lot of work to do so I will get on and post up more pics when finished. any color suggestions, please feel free to help!

Nice! I had forgotten that you were using race glass, what are your headlight plans?

I like the F3 race tail much better than the one for the F2, and in the last picture of your post, it seems to stick out quite a ways in the back, but I think that is just an illusion due to the angle of the shot.

Anyway, lookin' good!
