Default Engine diagnosing, check my plugs please

In the midst of tracking down some engine noise, odd behavior. Any of the noises do not seem to be associated with the clutch. CCTL seems to be the culprit of at least some of the stuff going on. Knocking and other noise on a cold start that mostly goes away as the engine warms, still get what sound like the cam chain clicking and something else when warm. I compared the sound of my engine to some samples of other people's CCT sounds and they are mostly similar. Also, I can hear what I would describe as a "tinkle" sound coming from somewhere around the exhaust headers, louder when cold but still there when warm.
I've got a manual CCTL on the way but it wont be here for a week. In the mean time I checked the air filter (clean, K&N), oil is clean, and pulled the plugs. Also checked the choke and throttle controls, both are working correctly.
Two or three times on very cold mornings ~4C the engine has been very hard to start. Full choke and no throtle, engine would crank a little longer than normal, sort-of catch, falter a bit, almost stall, then be fine.

Anyway, here are the plugs, 2 and 3 were rather gummy. Anything look out of place, time for new plugs?

They don't appear that bad, they definitely have a few miles on them, but don't appear to be fouled. I'd probably change them anyway. [8D]

no idea. run open headers and all noises will disappear lol. maybe associated with the cct. mine went bad but dont want to change it although it is embarrassing when your with other bikes and you start it up and its clicking like crazy.

I like your thinking.
I once did a cold start next to some guy with a new ZXR, his purred like a kitten while mine was rattling away like an old diesel jetta.
