run 50/50 vinegar twice, then just put a hose on it till it comes out. Run it till it gets nice and toasty when your flushing with the vinegar and it will circulate alot quicker and get more buildup out. did you pick up another thermostat?

I didnt get a new thermostat but i did do the flush with 50/50 vinegar and water. I found the main problem i think. One was the lack of total fluid in the radiator. I took the hose off and about 3-5 cups of fluid came out. I then went to drain the coolant resevoir and took the bottom tube off and found that it had melted shut. So i cut a new tip and put everything back. I can feel the fluid running through the tubes now and its not spitting anything up. So i think the problem is fixed.

BAD NEWS ON TEST RIDE!!!!

I lost one bolt to the right side fairing. So i used a zip tie. Well it wasnt a good enough hold cause the wind decided it wanted to see the right side of my bike naked. Fairings flew off and broke in multiple places.

The sorta good news from this is that i planned on painting it next month so it looks like i just got a jump start. Any good idea what i could use to bond Fairings together? I posted some pics of it.
