Good news is taht you can get one for about 50-60 bucks and it takes 2 minutes to change it.

where can i get one for 50-60 bucks?

u can test to see if u need a new wiring harness. For the regulator, I just switched the actual part itself and no new wiring harness. I got it off ebay and it took 2 minutes to install. Literally

The leakage test I posted earlier is to test the harness anything higher than 1.2mA (milliamps) and there's a
problem with the harness shorting somewhere [:@]
