Default CBR F2 carburetor No2 keeps flooding

Hello all I really hope some one can shed some light on an issue I am having with my carbs!

Carb No 2 keeps leaking fuel Into the engine when stood.

I have removed the carbs replaced the float valves and made sure the seat is clean (very gently using a cotton bud in a drill).

I have triple checked the the float is operating as it should.

During bench testing with a temp tank you can clearly see fuel seeping past the main needle and collecting by the butterfly before eventually spilling out through the front. i made sure carbs were in the correct position prior to testing.

I honestly can't think of what to do next, ideally I do not want to buy another set of carburetors.

Helpppppp ;-)

RESOLVED
Removed Valve seat (used an easy out left hand thread to spin it out)
Purchased a second hand single carb for £15 cut/smashed the seat surround and removed the seat with no damage.

Gently hammered in valve seat, de bured the valve it self (4metal prongs) and run t cut and 1200 grit through before flushing through.

I also squeezed up (tiny amount) the plastic opening you slide the valve into on the float.

All of the above resolved the issue no more leaking carbs

If you are leaking fuel then the float and needle in the carb aren't working.
It's that simple. You may have put new ones in, but they could still not be good.

Here's what you do.
Switch the floats between carb 2 & any other carb (say 3 just this example).
If 2 still leaks, then your float is good.
Switch the needle valve between carb 2 and carb 3.
If 2 still leaks, the your needle is good and the seat is the problem.
If at any point carb 3 starts leaking, whatever you just switched is bad.

Great advice, I have already done the above, looks like it is the seat in that case :-(, I have another seat I can fit just wanted to avoid it.
I will update the post with updates as I progress through.
