Default Fuel leaking from carbs

I cleaned my carbs a couple weeks ago and when I put them back on it was leaking pretty badly. So I replaced the float needles and it is still leaking from carb #2. I've read that the O-rings on the T can go bad but it doesn't look wet at all. I only see fuel around the float bowl and above it.

Anybody have any ideas? I have no clue where to look next. Also, where does the overflow come out?

I say clean then the copper float needle socket with a Qtip and carb cleaner and inspect the float needles for ANY dirt or corrosion. Even if they were new, a little dirt can cause them to stick. Make sure the float needle has plenty of spring to them. Carb cleaner is your friend. If the fuel is coming from one of the 3 copper tubes on top of the carbs while running, your float needle is sticking.

I guess I'll try to clean the seats again. It's only leaking from around one of the float bowls so I have new gaskets coming so I'll see if that helps at all. even though I don't think the gaskets should see gas if everything is working right.
