baffle question
i have on my bike a d&d exhaoust. i can sey is a little free flow. so my friend gave me a baffle that he didnt need. when it was all put back on my bike it sounded really good. well i notice that when im comming of a stop i have really good aceleration but when i get up there in speed my bike bucks like tree times after 6000rpms . after that she is fine. my question is should i keep the baffle in? or run without it?

Small changes to exhaust systems that affect back pressure as well as any changes to the intake system will throw you mixture off causing weird flat spots like that.
You will need a jet your carbs and find the sweet spot settings to get rid of that.
I have K&N filter and Yoshimura slip on with stock jetting. I have this super annoying flat spot at about 3k rpms. Its only noticeable when I take off from a dead spot but it is super annoying.
