Yuri! The postal service said it would take between 6-10 business days. So far it's only been 4! Give it time!

Also... someone please buy the 6th CCT

how much is it? I'm rather new to this cbr, but not to bikes and quads. Does it come with the bolt and stop nut? What are you guys doing to the end of the bolt to mushroom it so it doesn't hurt the chain slider?

Hi, this includes the bolt and stop nut. I decided not to do the thing that APE does with their rounded off bottom. Instead I recommend just filing a bit of a "ball point" on the end. Theoretically this has the same effect as having a much larger ball, since it is only a point load and touching at a single point. I've been riding mine with no problems to speak of. Cost is $25 shipped to your United States door.

berga's manual cct install.

1. you will need a 10mm socket wrench with an extension arm.

2. locate your seized oem cct on the right hand side of your bike, you will need to remove the right side fairing.

3. remove both of the bolts from the oem cct and remove the old cct, make sure to keep the bolts in a safe place. both will have brass washers on them, after pulling off the oem cct make sure to take care of the gasket. as we will be re-using it again.

4. the oem cct

5. put berga's manual cct in place of the old oem cct, make sure to have the adjustment bolt screwed in so you have room to mount the new cct in place. if you don't the engine mount (black triangle object) will be in the way and you won't be able to bolt the new cct into place. make sure the gaskets and bolts are well placed and torqued correctly.

6. use your fingers and turn the adjustment bolt clockwise till your not able to turn it any further. turn the engine on and adjust accordingly till sound disappears, make sure not to turn it clockwise to much or to little.

7. enjoy your rattle free bike, i love how smooth my bike sounds.

Berga, I've sort of been waiting to see how they performed for everyone and am impressed. Will you be making any more of them in the near future?
