67k f2 with a salvage title
I'm currently looking at a 1991 F2 with a salvage title and 67k miles on it. The guy said he's had it since 2009, it's never gave him problems other then he has to bump start it (Probably can fix that on my own fairly easy right?).
I'll ask him why it was salvaged about the maintenance he's done to it and stuff like that. Ill look the frame over well .He wants $880 for it but I'm going to throw $775 at him if it's worth it..
Theres also a 92 F2 engine thats only got 23k on it and is only a $100, what about a motor swap if everything else is in solid shape?
1991 Honda CBR600
Thanks!

If the 'not starting problem' is fixed with a new battery then ok at around $800. otherwise $300-$500 sounds about right.
EDIT: location of the bike is another factor (in Canada we pay a bit more than those in the south)

Bought mines, non running condition. Clean title for $300. Technically traded a 49cc mini crotch rocket for it. Anyhow, I wouldn't pay more than $400 for it. 67k miles and salvage title is practically free imo. $700 is way too much. Try to go lower and reason with him.
