Default motor swap question

Real quick question for those here. I know the F2/F3 and later bikes have a motor that is leaned forward more, but has anyone ever swapped one into a Hurricane frame successfully? I'd like to try this on my 87, just to see how possible it really is.

What I really want to know, other than has it been done? is what was required, aside from the corresponding wire harness for that bike, along with electricals.

anything past an f3 wont fit due to the size of the frame being to small. An f3 shold be able to fit but you may have to change the motor mounts.

Default RE: motor swap question

i ALMOST used an f3 motor for my swap. i ended up using an 89 engine, but in hindsight i think the f3 motor may fit, still an assumption though. there are not very many things to connect. the only thing i can think of would be possibly the sidestand kill switch and the location of speedo sensor. idk if f3 has mechanical or electrical driven.
