Need help with crb motor swap
Hey I need some help getting my bike motor running. The specs are a 2002 crb f4i motor out of a street bike that is now in the hear of a dunne buggy. I just got this and have spent about a week of guessing with no success. I work a lot with cars and trucks and don't know **** about bikes. I have a lot of stuff plugged in and it doesn't start. I turn the key and the neutral light comes on in the display but when you hit the button it does nothing. All the fuses are good but now what I need help with. What sensors are needed to be grounded or mounted or even hooked up to run? I also have been reading and see that I'm going to need the fuel pump for the bike to run it also. Like I siad before that I know nothing about bikes and just trying to learn. I can also put up pictures if needed. Thanks for reading and hope you can give me some help.
Like I said I don't know much about bikes so I'm not sure what it looks like or what it dose. I found something that has 2 bolts in it and has an up arrow on it so I pointed it up and tried but still nothing
okay, well, i'm not quite sure what else it would be other than a clutch or kickstand sensor - but that shouldn't matter because the bike is in neutral.
are you sure all or the connections are good with your kill switch? i'd ask whether or not the fuel pump primes.... but you don't have one yet. and it wouldn't cause the motor to not at least turn over.
did you modify the harness yet? or did you put it all on there?
because the BAS is filled with mercury, you can't just turn it upright for a split second, try to start it, and put it back down. it has to be upright for a while in order for the mercury or whatever it is filled with to settle again and reset the sensor. it usually takes a little bit when you have a spill on a bike to get it to reset...

I havent tried yet after it has been sitting but as far as the kill switch, the guy that put the harness on the buggy just spliced the 2 kill switch wires together at the switch and soldered it together. The rest of the harness looks good with no cuts but there are plugs that go no where. Thinking maybe lights but not sure I didn't take the bike apart.
