Default K&N air filter

I found one on ebay for about $63 shipped.

Should I look else where?
is it really worth it for the performance?

there's really no performance...it doesn't flow better than stock.

I've got a yoshi can, I don't think its a full system.

and I'm installing a K&N jet kit, stage 1 & 2.

would the K&N really help the jet kit that much more. I'm just hurtin for cash but I want to get the most out of the bike that I can, it'll be tuned once everythings done.

did someone say a slip on and a PCIII on an F1??? are you serious??

meither way... I got a K+N when I had my jet kit installed... There is a definate boost in the power but the bike hesitates/ bogs right about 6K rpm ... it's fine if you are aggressive with the gas but if you try and gently gas it from 5500-6500 it stumbles for a second. I'm probably going to have to go over the carbs in the spring......

does anybody know if an ignition advancer will help this??

ignition advancer will help on the bottom end and power spread at cruising speeds. kit usually runs $50. advance is +4 and may require a little bit of retuning.
