CBR600 F1 startup/crank troubleshooting

that was worded wrong.. the solenoid gets volts, the starter WILL NOT receive volts. But the starter is operational. I belive i have been HYDRO - LOCKED!! AHHH HAAA!! the gears are locked up and the starter clutch/ gears are locked! everything is pointing towards the cylinders. Some idiot before i had the bike bypassed the fuel pump straight to the battery. walked away for 5 minutes with little power in the battery and that hooked up... only 5 minutes and those cylinders must be full!! so in short.. I believe that my solenoid (or anything else that gets current to the starter.. give me pointers please!) has been FRIED!! and my cylinders are hydrolocked! replacement solenoid comes in soon and then ill test the starter disengaged from the starter gear. then I will pull the plugs and suck the fluid i can and let the starter do the rest. Ill let it dry dry out and replace my plugs with new ones. then.. I will start this SOB up and rip it. let me know if this all sounds right to you guys

well.. after a day of removing spark plugs and screwing with the engine.. I got nothing. I drained the carbs, pulled the plugs, and hit start.. nothing happened. im afaraid i bent a rod or my engine has been totally seized.. i couldnt get any fluid out of my cylinders because the starter still couldnt push the motor. not sure why.. same story though.. just think its something with my motor now.. any ideas?
