Default Yet another problem

I have been having a problem with my 04 1000rr. the bike just shut off on me. when trying to fire her back up all i get is a clicking sound from the starter relay. How ever after explaing this problem to a mech he said my relay was not bad and that it may be some other problem. The bike also looses power / charge when trying to start it now. is it possible that i replaced the battery with the wrong one? Any help would be appreciated

You probably have a bad Stator , pull the cover and look for a burnt winding , if so buy this http://www.electrosport.com/shopping...od_esg957.html
