Two Brothers and a Power Commander
I'm putting on a slip on Two Brothers exhaust on my 06 CBR1000 and I'm thining about either the K&N or BMC filter. I also havechanged to theFlapper Mod.Will a Power Commander make enough of a difference to be worth the money?
Yes. I had an 06 1000rr yosh slip on was the only mod. Now have an 07 Repsol, Two Bros. slip on, K&N, flapper mod, PCIII, wow what a difference. All i need now is a custom map.
2006 CBR1000RR -Two Brothers slip on, BMC racefilters, Power Commander. Big difference. Ran it at first with a stock map, the throttle was very abrupt. Now after trying a few maps much much smoother and revs a lot quicker too.
just picked up my bike on the 7th having the Two Brother's V.A.L.E M-2 carbon s/o installed along with a Power Commander lll usb, and a BMC Air Filter. What a pleasant sound the brothers ommits, the exact deep growl I was looking for.
the shop seyz they do specific maps, BUT, a friend has a place runs 3 dyno's for $50 and 6 w/ custom mapping for $100 which i am looking foward to having compoleted

yes, had to check, but I typed correctly. The shop i will be going to (friends with the dealership whereI purchased) will do three (3) DYNO runs for $50.00 or six (6) DYNO runs w/ a custom map. I want to do it prior to me doing the 520 conversion (which I already have the sprockets and chain) and after to se how much the torque is effected. Iam impatiently awaiting theDYNO extravaganza's, to be occurring in the next month er so. will definitly post
