the exo 700 is pretty light about the same as my shoei rf 900 and for the price....well lets say im not so bent if I accidentally drop it

That is a funny photo but I am guessing that it was made before MotorCyclist magazine did thier "Blowing the Lid Off" article (July 2005) when they found that the $79 Z1R helmet offered the best overall impact protection <link>

I am not knocking Shoei, I would love to own one some day - it's just the money...

 

Helmet looks pretty good. Now, if I can get one to match my bike...

 

hey now just an update tried on alot of scorpion helmets and like them alot butjust never picked one up good thing cause 4 xmas wife bought me a blue/yellow shoei x-11 matches my blue/yell 1krr perfectly gotta luv her

Was @ the DC Bike Show this Sunday & tried the EXO 1000 & damn!!! that was a SWEET lid. I also like the new schemes...
