Default Scorpion helmets

I was out with my gf at a mc shop the othjer day. We are looking for a helmet for her. She really wants a pink helmet which is not too heavy wen we ride. We found a pink one and it was a new Scorpion helmet. I want to get some feedback on these helmets. If they are any good and/or reccomended.

i haven't tried one on but most scorpion owners seem to love it. it's approved so it should protect her head. i wouldn't get something really expensive for her if she's not going to be riding it all the time. as long as it's dot/snell/bsi then i'd be happy.

I dig the scorpion. A lot of features for not a lot of money. I actually bought mine because after trying on 10-15 helmets that all felt terrible on my head I put on the EXO-400 and it fit perfectly. I looked at the price, asked around a bit and went for it. It has to pass the same safety tests as anything else, it's just affordable. Every shop I've talked to raves about them. I recently was in an accident and replaced it with the exact same one. I have no complaints.

They are made out of the same materials as Shoie and Arai, DOT and Snell approved. Dry wick liner that pulls the moister away. a true anti-fog sheild that has a sweet locking system. can remove the visor in about 4 sec. you can also get custom pads and liners like zebra skin or checkerboards.

Let me just put it this way I am sold on them i am on my second, the first one I had was involved in an accident and protected my head great. i didnt have any headaches and that was a double hard impact. The helmet was scratched but did not come apart. No even one crack. definatrely a great helmet in my book and very affordable as well.

I got a EXO-400. Went down the other day when I hit some gravel on a turn that apexed on a hill. Didn't even know I hit my head on the ground until I took the helmet off.
