Default hesd

how different is the dampeneron the 07 gsxr to the hesd system. when i try to u-turn my 1000rr feels like it wants to jacknife, as opposed to my bro's gsxr and a friends 07 1000rr. a u-turn on their bikes is smooth. is my hesd out, need an upgrade, or am i a retard?

you have an 08 1000RR?

my dampener works as intended as in.. I keep forgetting its even on there, it never makes me turn slower and activates based on my speed so i'm 100% happy with mine. if it's not doing that take it back to the shop.

I can't tell it's there at low speeds. So far it's meeting all of my expectations.

It'the amount of dampening is determined by the speed you are riding at... low speeds the dampener is probably completely turned off

to me it sounds like you need air in your tires

Remember to check the tires pressure while they are still cold... then remember how much air you need to put in each end. Check the VIN plate or owners manual for your model. inflating them after riding gives you an inaccurate gauge of the actual amount of air in the tires.
