Is it normal when taking off in first gear for the from of the bike to shake a little bit? I'm not sure if it is doing this because its brand new or what?

 

I bought mine brand new and had the same problem but mine seemed to shake when i applied the front brake. 3000 miles later it still shakes somewhat but nothing major. I have checked the pads and rotors many times and still nothing. Still a kick a$$ bike. try letting your bike break itself in a little more.

Maybe its shaking b/c you're accelerating hard and the front tire is coming up just a little bit.

 

+1 front wheel is probably just lifting under hard excel

 

it wasnt any fast take off, i think it was just the way i was applying the throttle and clutch. its getting better now, thanks.
