just bought a 07 1000rr and its black and gray. i was wondering about what pipe to put on my bike and does it need a power commander. my last bike was in 02 and it was a gsxr 750 and they re mapped the fuel injection when i put on the pipe. i am also wanting to know which is better. full system or just a slip on. i am gonna be ridding around the country threw the curves. thanks

 

If you're not going to be riding on the track at all, I'd reccomend just putting a Slipon pipe on the bike. I wouldn't worry about the Power Commander either unless you have the extra cash laying around. I'm very partial to Leo Vince exhaust's, they're awesome. The Taylor Made's sound good on the 1k as well.

 

where can i get an arata slip on. cant seem to find them on any big moto sites
