you need to go into the caliper, remove it from the fork, and remove the pads, inspect the surfaces.
Reach up into the caliper a remove the sorta "H" looking piece of steel that presses the pads against the rotors, and throw that lil piece of garbage away.
That is the "anti-squeel" plate, and it causes the rotors to wear and the pads as well, and will also cause the additional noise.
You will notice a slightly better bite from the brakes, as well as outright power, as the rotors temp is being more controlled.
Dont worry about the pad noise itself. If you want NO noise, but lots of dust, get a set of the Galfer Green pads.
