Finally got te bike rebuilt and dropped a new motor in.

I just swapped in a new motor from another 04 1000, and couldnt get it to start, so I rechecked all my connections, and put a jump box on it. Finally after a bit of cranking it threw code 19. checked the ckp and got no voltage out of it, so I swapped in the one from my old motor. She started right up. let her run for a bit, turned it off, and tried again after about 10 minutes. Again, perfect start. Put my tank and side fairings on, ziptied up the fuse blocks, and got it all ready for monday. Parked it for the night, let it sit all say yesterday, and this morning went to start it, and battery was dead again. So I hook up the jump box, and it cranks over like it should, but this time its not firing.

Yes the fuel pump primes (about half a gallon of gas is still in it)
Kill switch is on
tried starting with the clutch in.

I dont want to bypass sensors, but at this point is that what I should try?

 

Solved it, turns out I flipped the fuel line fitting so it would kink when I put the tank in
