What have you done to your CBR 1000f today?
Yesterday I installed my clock/temperature thingey. A little white paint and I think it came out good.
Today I rode to work, 27 deg F, took pics and posted them to the forum and then put it up for the snow tommorrow.

Swedish ice racing tyres and you'll be good to go........150+ spikes in each
Oh and I fitted a new battery and reg/rec - I'll have to check the old one. I've ordered another Stator/alternator cover off e-Bay too, in case mine is shagged. Always good to have a spare anyway, for $49 - cheap insurance.
The saga continues............

Got stuck into my 1990 again yesterday , temp went above freezing so got a few
hours in working on her. Had to rebleed the clutch line ......seems I left an iddy
biddy air bubbles in there, cleaned the rims , changed oil & filter, drained the tank
had some condensate in the bottom, lubed & cleaned the chain........fired her up
and she's ready willing and able for a good run .........soon I hope.

I have taken the forks out today to change the fork oil.
The manual says 14.1 fl oz so i measured that with water & marked it on the container that i have drained the forks into,
but there is more than that come out possibly 18 fl oz (iv not measured the old oil yet iv left it dripping over night).
I will check the springs also, i would change these now but short on pennies so see what they are like.
The bike handled OK just didnt like pot holes/bumps very much. Iv only had the bike a year its on 51k & not sure if the fork oil has ever been done.
Back in the garage tomorow.

ALL DONE
When i read the manual PROPERLY it is 14.7 fl oz per leg.
So after the oil drained overnight i took the springs out & measured them 446mm so all OK for now.

I measured out & refilled with AFT.

When i had done this i measured how much old oil had come out it was only 23 fl oz so 5 fl oz short, should feel a bit better on the bumps now.

It has been good to work on my bike it feels like summer is just round the corner.

I checked to be sure the breezway roof it's parked under didn't colapse from the 6 inches of snow on it
I could still see the rear tire peeking out from under the cover, so all must be fine
More snow/freezing rain/ 0 deg temps forcast this week so, ugh.
