Installed new front brake pads and put the farings back on for the first time in months all that time in the garage has not been kind to them. I bought the bike from a salvage yard and it looked as if it had been ran under a semi trailer so the were never in very good condition to start. Would you guys hate me if I covered the whole thing in carbon fiber? I think it would look very cool. Black and red carbon fiber Hurricane.

Why not. Go for it I say. Its your bike mate you do what you like with it. I reckon it would look good if it was done properly. Cheers.

I finished work on friday around 5pm, the weather was nice so i took my CBR out for a look over the dales.
It was a lovely 3 hr ride including a coffee stop. On the way round my CBR clocked onto 50 k miles. Iv only had her since febuary so they arent all my miles but im hoping to put plenty on her over the years.

No-one will hate you - it'll be different for sure !
I've often wondered what it'd look like.......

Take it out and leave it out. You don't need it. I have been without mine for sometime now and I don't miss it.

I intend to keep the stock color scheme if I do it and barring any unforeseen circumstances I don't think I would undertake the project until this winter. If it happens I will post up the pics.
