Its a beautiful paint scheme on that bike. It cost me about $1000 to a have a jet kit, carbs cleaned and synched, valves adjusted and new springs in the front forks. Well worth it.

I think once the fuel system is cleaned you should be good to go. My bike was similar after sitting for 13 years.
