first post :) f4i owner needing a little help
howdy folks im new to the site and new to the sport bike world. im a diesel tech for ford and have been working on motors since i was 16(now 21). rode a few bikes and have always wanted one, just a few weeks ago i finally made a deal and got my hands on one! really love riding this thing! its a 03 f4I and a great starter for me i think. have a few newbie questions though and figure this would be a good place to get them answered. i really want to treat this bike right and make it last as long as possible. it has 20000 miles on it as of today, so heres my questions,
1. how often to change oil
2. what oil and filter to use?
3. any other mantinance things i need to know about?
4. whats all this talk of cct? do i need to change over to the aftermarket one thats adjustable or just wait till the factory one gives me problems?
5.i have got to replace one of the front rotors, whats the best to go back with?
6. and anything else you guys think a newbie would need to know. thanks so much for the help in advance
the bike is a 03 cbr 600F4I, jardine exhaust that i chopped into a shorty thats all the mods that i know of that it has done

and this is how it looks after tonight
going to get new skin for it tomorrow and will try and post up some new pictures when im done with it tomorrow

Welcome to CBRF. The bike looks great! The questions you have are all answered pretty frequently in the F4i main forum. Have a bit of a look around there and if you get stuck on something in particular that you can't find by searching, let us know.
