I think it would be way easier just to put an entire CBR600F3 front end on it. You get rid of all the front brake stuff, plus you gain a fork with external adjustability for preload and rebound. I haven't tested this, but I'm 99% sure you don't even have to use the 600 triples...I think you can just slide the forks right into the stockers and go to town.

Has anyone done this?
