Default Hurricane 1000f wont start in cold, throttle stop screw leaked gas?

Its my second day owning this bike, it wont start.

I was playing with the choke and it was sooooo close to starting up but i didnt give it gas.

Ive had the bike outside now for 3 days in 30-40 degree weather..

I am now worried about this gas leak, it only happened when i loosened the screw, a few drops of gas leak out.

Is this good its draining or bad?

Please help this is making me go insane thanks!

Are you sure it was a "throttle stop" screw and not a fuel bowl drain screw ?

Leak or not mine is a pia to start in the cold (around 30 F). Takes a lot of cranking before it fires and then a lot more! Starts like a champ when it's warm, could be the nature of the beast. Maybe check to make sure your choke is working?
