I use and have used bug and tar remover with great results but lets talk about limiting the cleaning of the wheels. I have owned several bikes with white wheels and after reading about a new method for keeping the white wheels clean, it is so easy you'll laugh that you did not try it. All you have to do is wax the rims with white car wax, paste is best. After it dries and you wipe it clean, put another light coat on but do not remove. It is a neat trick that works!!! Good luck! JD
