Hey guys thanks for all the help. The bike starts, accelerates, and idles great now. My only issue is the bike does not rev down very quick. I used to come into a turn fast and come off the throttle and the bike would slow down as the revs drop. Now it seems to hold the revs longer. Any suggestions are appreciated.

OP, Is the mechanical throttle stop hitting the throttle set screw or is there air in there? Also are the cylinder plungers going all the way back down?
I'm just learning this stuff myself but those are two things that will keep your rpms up.

So I greased the plungers with some petroleum jelly (insert dirty joke) and around the seal. The bike idles down now. I also turned the air idle screws back in a bit. The bike smelled rich Looks like I'm about 2.75 / 3 turns out. The bike runs great now. Really getting close to being done. I just have to figure out my radiator fan and I think going to take a trip up to nh.
