air fuel adjust? can it be done

is there any way to adjust the air fuel mix on my bike? the plugs are white and sounds like is starving for fuel. pump works good, no blockage, cleaned carbs, (jets, floats, bowls,slides, and carb housing).

Jet kit, and/or shim the needle. AFAIK there is no idle air adjustment. If there were, that would only effect idle and cruise to a small extent.

Check yourfloat height. Specs should be in your Haynes, Clymer, or Honda manual.
